Bekwaam

Bekwaam Interim Management is a growing and thriving company focused on placing the best talent with their clients for interim assignments. The Carerix system is central in managing both vacancies and the professionals in the Bekwaam talent pool.

In order to steer more data-driven on results, there was a need for insight into the most important KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of Bekwaam.

Together with the professionals at Bekwaam, we mapped out the most important KPIs, after which our challenge was to extract relevant data from Carerix and visualise it in a clear manner. In this process, it was also important to us that the dashboard is accessible to all Bekaam's internal employees so that they can also proactively manage the data themselves.

We therefore extracted the data from Carerix and, in co-creation, designed the data correctly in a Dashboard. In addition, by fine-tuning we made the data user-friendly and visualised the data correctly.

The Dashboard provides insight into and grip on the most important result indicators in order to take data-driven actions to improve results. The dashboard is interactive with multiple filters so that it has truly become a playground of all data. This way, Bekwaam has a scalable product that meets the needs and ideas of the employees.

Mapping KPIs and functionalities 

Together with Bekwaam, we mapped the most important KPIs and made the technical translation to how we could retrieve this data from Carerix .

Linking to Carerix and data transformation

We created a link with Carerix and started merging and transforming the extracted data to visualise exactly the right KPIs.

Visualisation PowerBI

After the data was ready correctly, we started visualising the data in a user-friendly way via PowerBI.
