The challenge
Vattenfall has had a new tool developed for planning “resources” for the “Wind” department within Vattenfall.
This way they can quickly and efficiently request workers for their project and gain insight into whether there is room for this and within what period.
Our role and objectives
Our role was to evaluate, test and improve the new tool before making it public.
We then continue to talk to the employees to translate the new needs into solutions and to make the technical translation of the needs from the operation.
The result
All managers and resource planners have been trained in how to use the new tool to structure all resource planning.
